  3. I believe that avoiding highly processed foods will be the first step to lose weight. They will taste fine, but refined foods have very little vitamins and minerals, making you try to eat more to have enough vitality to get over the day. When you are constantly feeding on these foods, changing to whole grain products and other complex carbohydrates will help you have more vitality while ingesting less. Good blog post.
